What countries do you cover?

We currently only track stores in the US, however, we plan to expand to other countries soon.

A store was NOT on the sales page but when I checked the retailer's website there was a sale?

A few potential reasons for this include:

  1. Occasionaly stores may offer private sales which our algorithms may not always be able to distinguish.
  2. As we currently only track US sites, sales may not be visible if accessing a website from a different country.
  3. Our algorithm did not capture the sale correctly. If this is the case, we would appreciate it if you click on the little flag in the box so we can take a look.
  4. We track public sales available to non-members. For some store's you may need to register on the retailer's website to see the sale.

What times do you check for sales?

We generally check for sales daily at 10 AM EST.

Why do you not track store X?

We are in the process of adding more stores to our list. If you know one that you would like us to track, just let us know and we'll try to add it to our list.
